Adobe Walls Stoneworks is an EcoStar-certified provider authorized to offer a limited 10-year warranty for all EcoStar Quartz certified countertop purchases installed by Adobe Walls Stoneworks.
Warranty Coverage
EcoStar warrants to the original purchaser and installation recipient that the EcoStar Quartz countertops will be free from workmanship defects under the following terms and conditions for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of installation.
As part of this warranty, your certified EcoStar Warranty Dealer (Adobe Walls Stoneworks) will, to the extent reasonably possible and as directed by the stone manufacturer, address workmanship issues through repair or labor-only reinstallation of the quartz countertops. This applies only if the stone manufacturer has approved the warranty claim and chosen to replace the material in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
Adobe Walls Stoneworks will also provide White Glove Service to facilitate the warranty claim on behalf of the original purchaser, including communicating with the stone manufacturer and supplying al necessary documentation, details, and commentary as permitted under the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
EcoStar Quartz 10-Year White Glove Warranty Terms
- Scope of Coverage
This limited warranty applies solely to:
• Workmanship and seam integrity.
• Original residential, non-commercial installations performed by Adobe Walls Stoneworks.
• Installations that remain in the original permanent location and have not been moved, altered, or reinstalled. - Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by external forces, acts of God, vandalism, abuse, or improper care.
• Structural or architectural movement or settling.
• Impact from heavy objects or abnormal weight (e.g., standing or kneeling on countertops).
• Staining or etching caused by harsh chemicals or acidic substances such as CLR, lemon, lime, citrus juice, vinegar, acetone, tile grout, permanent markers, or food dyes. - Warranty Registration Requirements
• You must register your EcoStar Quartz warranty at www.ecostarquartz.com within thirty (30) days of installation.
• This warranty is valid only fi the installation has been paid in full and proof of purchase has been submitted.
• Failure to register the warranty will void the coverage. - Warranty Claim Process
• Formal warranty claims must be submitted through www.ecostarquartz.com.
• Adobe Walls Stoneworks will attempt to remove food or beverage stains free of charge.
• If stain removal is unsuccessful, the original purchaser must proceed through the stone manufacturer’s formal warranty process.
• The outcome of the warranty claim will be determined solely by the - Material Replacement & Installation
• If the manufacturer approves the material replacement, Adobe Walls Stoneworks will receive, fabricate, and install the new material per the original job specifications.
• As part of the White Glove Service, Adobe Walls will remove and dispose of the existing countertops.
• Electrical or plumbing disconnection and reconnection are not included and are the sole responsibility of the client. - Chips and Repairs
• Chip repair is at the discretion of the EcoStar Warranty Provider.
• Due to the nature of quartz (a man-made material composed of natural quartz, resins, and dyes), repairs may be visibly noticeable.
Important Note
This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser as long as they continue to own the property where the countertops were originally installed.
