Mobile Terms & Conditions

These Mobile Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Adobe Walls
Stoneworks SMS text messaging program (the “Program”). By opting in, you agree to these
Terms.

1. The Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (through our website form, in our
showroom, or by texting us directly), you consent to receive recurring automated text messages
from Adobe Walls Stoneworks, which may include appointment reminders, project/order
updates, promotions, discounts, and other marketing offers, at the mobile number provided.

2. Message Frequency & Cost

• Message frequency may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. 

3. Opt-Out

You can cancel participation in the Program at any time. Text STOP to the number you received
messages from. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have
been unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

5. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include, but
are not limited to, [MAJOR CARRIERS / “all major U.S. mobile carriers”].

6. Privacy

Your phone number and other information collected as part of the Program will be handled in
accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [awstoneworks.com/privacy-policy]. We do not
sell or share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for their marketing
purposes.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after
changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
